Life has been hectic lately. Between long work hours, moving, little league games, and my upstairs shower draining into my kitchen, my writing has become nonexistent. I’ve actually been feeling guilty and anxious to get back to it.
Tonight, I had one of those blissful moments. As I stood outside with my dog, a light summer rain misted my cheeks while fireflies glistened in the forest in an exquisit summer display. For those few minutes, the world slowed down and a feeling of calm took over. Nature is beautiful. It is magical. Don’t let the things you want to do pass you by.
